Primate Elijah Ayodele: 7 Unfulfilled Prophecies By Nigerian Cleric (FULL LIST)

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the founder and leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, is recognized as a prominent spiritual figure whose prophecies resonate with a diverse audience.
Although some of his forecasts have faced criticism for inaccuracies, a significant number have been notably accurate, thereby enhancing his credibility among followers and supporters.
His emphasis on political issues has been scrutinized by various political figures, particularly in instances where his predictions have not materialized.
In 2021, Femi Adesina, the former Special Adviser to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, highlighted eight occasions in which Primate Elijah Ayodele’s prophecies proved to be incorrect.
Adesina referenced these misjudgments while responding to Ayodele’s assertion that Nigeria would face disintegration between the years 2035 and 2040.
In his article titled “Some Prophets See Nothing,” Adesina counseled Ayodele to consider shifting his focus from prophecy to the dissemination of the gospel.
Adesina noted that then;
“I know Primate Ayodele. I have been a special guest in his church when I was Managing Director/Editor-in-Chief of The Sun Newspapers. He does great things in terms of welfare for his flock. He empowers them with cash and materials they can use to set up themselves gainfully. I was impressed with that. But the prophetic aspect?
Let’s look at all these facts:
1. In the build-up to the 2015 presidential elections, Primate Ayodele said Goodluck Jonathan would win. The man lost.
2. He said the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) would take Kaduna by a narrow margin. Nasir el-Rufai of the All Progressives Congress (APC) won.
3. Again, he said Yobe, Gombe, Benue, Delta, and the Akwa Ibom States would be won by PDP. The APC won three of those States. Who hit the crossbar? You know the answer.
4. “PDP will shock APC in Lagos. It didn’t happen.
5. Boko Haram would bomb South West. Mercifully, it didn’t happen.
6. APC would break, Buhari won’t do second term. You know the truth.
7. And in 2017, when the President was on medical vacation abroad for many months, he said the seat was vacant, and the man would never return. You now know who didn’t speak the truth, who didn’t hear from God.

2026 World Cup: Primate Ayodele Releases Fresh Prophecy On Super Eagles, Reveals What Should Do To Qualify [VIDEO]

Popular Nigerian prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has cast doubts on the ability of the Super Eagles to qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, warning that the team lacks seriousness, direction, and technical leadership.
Speaking in a fresh message to the national team, Ayodele urged the players to improve their approach if they hope to secure a place in the global tournament. He expressed concern that the current squad is ill-prepared and could struggle against rivals in the qualifiers.
“Super Eagles, I want you to qualify for the World Cup,” Ayodele said. “But I’m afraid with this kind of team that we have, they are not serious. Looking at them, they are very unserious. They don’t have targets, they are not proactive.”
The cleric was particularly critical of the coaching setup, describing it as inadequate to inspire success. “The coach is not even good. He’s not even good,” he added bluntly.
Ayodele warned that Nigeria’s chances of qualifying would rely heavily on divine intervention rather than technical competence or tactical discipline. “If you go to the World Cup, it will be by the grace of God. Because I don’t know how we can win South Africa. Maybe by bribing, maybe by bribing South Africa, we win them,” he said.
The prophecy comes amid growing debate over the Super Eagles’ performances in the qualification series. The team recently edged Rwanda 1-0 in Uyo to revive their campaign, but doubts remain about consistency, creativity, and tactical organisation. Critics argue that the squad, despite being packed with individual talent, has failed to gel into a dominant force under current management.
Ayodele further cautioned that Nigeria risked embarrassing defeats, even against supposedly weaker opposition. “Even when Benin Republic come to our house here, if we are not serious, they can also win us. This is very serious and very, very serious,” he said.
The cleric’s remarks will resonate with many fans who have voiced frustration over the team’s lack of urgency in recent games. While the Super Eagles remain one of Africa’s most successful teams, boasting three Africa Cup of Nations titles and six World Cup appearances, qualification campaigns have often been plagued by inconsistency and late drama.
Football analysts note that with fixtures against South Africa, Benin Republic, and other tough sides still ahead, the road to the 2026 World Cup will test the resolve of both players and coaching staff. Ayodele’s warning could serve as a wake-up call to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to address tactical shortcomings, player discipline, and technical leadership before it is too late.
For now, Nigeria sits in a competitive group where every point counts. With pressure mounting, fans hope the team can silence critics and prove Ayodele’s prophecy wrong by rising to the occasion. But unless the issues he highlighted are resolved, the dream of seeing the Super Eagles soar in North America in 2026 may remain uncertain.

“2 Incidents That Almost Destroyed My Daughter’s Wedding”: Femi Otedola Opens Up In Video

“2 Incidents That Almost Destroyed My Daughter’s Wedding”: Femi Otedola Opens Up In Video
From the Yoruba wedding at her family’s Dubai residence to the intimate church ceremony in Iceland, their union was a celebration of heritage, family, and love, capped by Temi’s public adoption of her husband’s name.
This move, however, has reignited an old debate in Nigerian feminist circles, whether a woman should take her husband’s surname or keep her maiden name.
Nigerian billionaire businessman Femi Otedola delivered an honest speech at his daughter Temi’s wedding to singer Mr Eazi.

Femi Otedola recalled the first day Temi introduced Mr Eazi to him, revealing how an inner conviction told him the singer was the one
From a war scare in Dubai to a storm that destroyed their wedding tent, Otedola explained why he believes the marriage is divinely blessed
The billionaire businessman told Temi to let her husband be her boss while urging Eazi to continue loving her
Recalling the first time Temi introduced Mr Eazi (real name Tosin Ajibade) to him back in 2017, Otedola confessed that he wasn’t impressed by the singer’s appearance.
He stated: “In 2017, Temi brought him home. I saw the dreadlocks and said, ‘Well…’ But something struck me that day. My parents were prophets, and I have that intrusion too. Something told me: this is Temi’s husband.”
Wedding almost cancelled twice – Otedola
The billionaire also shared how two unexpected incidents nearly disrupted their plans.
First, the couple’s engagement in Dubai was threatened after missiles were fired during a clash between Israel and Iran.
Just days to the event, Otedola worried everything might fall apart, but it didn’t.
Then came another scare: a storm destroyed the wedding tent that had been prepared for the ceremony. But, according to Otedola, God came through for them yet again.
Switching to fatherly counsel, Otedola gave blunt but loving advice to the new couple.
To Temi, he said: “You have to succumb to the whims of your husband. He is your husband and boss; no more Daddy, don’t call me.”
To Mr Eazi, he added: “I have seen the entrepreneurial skill in you. Continue to love Temi. When you have problems, don’t involve third parties. Keep them within your wall, and God will bless you.”

VIDEO: Oluwo of lwo Invokes Curses On Those Who Accused Him Smoking Marijuan

The Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi, has denied allegations that he smokes marijuana.
In a viral video from a public gathering, the monarch described the claim as false and cursed those behind it.
“They are lying against me. They are unfortunate people. Unless I am smoking marijuana, if I’m a smoker, God should remove me from this throne. You who are accusing me of being a smoker, God will punish you,” he said.
The denial comes a few days after the Court of Appeal upheld his enthronement as the paramount ruler of Iwoland.
Oba Akanbi had celebrated the ruling as a divine victory, declaring that his reign was ordained by God and could not be undermined by human efforts.
He also reiterated his commitment to preserving Iwo’s cultural heritage while modernising traditions, noting that his reign had attracted federal presence to the town and reshaped its image.
The monarch described his challengers in court as wasteful, saying their actions only strengthened his position.
Oba Akanbi has been no stranger to controversies. He was once suspended by the Osun State Council of Traditional Rulers after a physical altercation with another monarch.
Years ago, a video allegedly released by his ex-wife and circulated on social media appeared to show him rolling a ‘joint.’
